Confessions of a Ringaholic

I remember the first time I bought a ring. I was in 9th grade and was shopping with my sister and my mom in the Paramus Park Mall. My sister and I decided to go to Charlotte Russe because they have beautiful clothes. Then, I saw this huge wall collection of beautiful necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, belts, and hats. I was stunned. I always loved jewelery, but never had the verge to go to a store and buy beautiful accesories. This time, I wanted them all. I probably looked ridiculous because I was taking few rings down trying to see what ring size I was. I even remember one of the rings getting caught on my finger. Then, I saw the beautiful fake pearl ring with the silver trim. I went to the cashier and gently placed it on the counter making sure that it did not break. She put it in a bag, but then told me that I could get one more to make it 2 for $8. I was so excited. I rushed back over to the rings, but then stopped myself. I told myself that one was good for now.

It has been two years later, since I decided that there should be a word called Ringaholic because that might be me. Everytime I enter a store I rush to the rings and buy 2 for the deal of $8. When I go to New York, I get a ring. Even when I went to Amsterdam, I got a ring. Now, I have a container containing my precious rings. I have 26 "big" rings and 5 "small" rings.

So stay tuned for my next Ringaholic moment...
